My Patreon

Well, I did a thing. I created a Patreon for my One-Page Adventures. The reason why I have created a Patreon is for you. Currently, my one-page adventures are plain and basic. I would like to put more work and money (artwork and the works) into them. I will always be looking for more ways to make my one-page adventures user-friendly, professional and fun for you!

I Just want to say, "Thank you!!!" for all the positive feedback and views I have been receiving. The Swords & Wizardry gaming community is just full of people who want to support each other and support the growth of S&W.

The Shifter & Gunslinger For SWL

Swords & Wizardry Light is blowing up! Swords & Wizardry Appreciation Day was evidence of that. There were a lot of great stuff that was created just for SWL. Go here if you still don't know what SWL is and also join the group, The Swords & Wizardry Legion, on Facebook.

I converted two of my classes for SWL. The Shifter and The Gunslinger.

The Tomb of the Knights of Zelhu Adventure

This one-page adventure is designed to be used with Swords & Wizardry Light.
The idea for this adventure came from Matthew Colville's YouTube series, "Running the Game." Here is the video where this adventure came from. I would recommend watching the video (and the series) if you're a new DM or just want some good advice/tips. In the video description he has a link to the download of the adventure he creates in that video. It includes a map that you could use or just work off of.

Why I won't include maps
I thought about leaving a space for a rough map or doing it on another page that could be printed on the back of the adventure but I decided on a pretty good reason on why I won't include maps. Every group of players are different. Some groups have time to play 6+ hours while others may only have time for 2 hours. So I leave it open with suggestions so DMs can expand the adventure to make it as big as they would like or reduce it to make it as small as they would like.

The Tower of Skulls Adventure

I've been listening to a lot of Beastwars lately. When I say, "a lot," I mean I have been listening to them just about every day since I've discovered them in November 2016. I just can't get enough of them! They are truly incredible! Also, I feel that a lot of their songs are filled with great inspiration for RPG adventures and campaign elements.

The Tower of Skulls adventure is an idea I have had for a while that involves two songs by Beastwars, Tower of Skulls and Rivermen. Honestly, when I listen to those songs I feel they are part of the same story. The design layout for this adventure is more in the style of a Dungeon Starter for Dungeon World. Also, it is only one page!

Swords & Wizardry Appreciation Day

Swords & Wizardry Appreciation Day is Saturday April 22nd.

This will be my first year contributing and participating! For my contribution I have created custom classes and races for Swords & Wizardry WhiteBox. I know adding more to WhiteBox defeats the purpose of WhiteBox but I like choices. But what I don't like is complicated choices. So I hope what I have created are classes/races that are simple in the spirit of WhiteBox.

Classes: The Warrior, The Sorcerer, The Gunslinger, The Priest and The Shifter.
Races: The Construct and The Half-Orc.

The Warrior is a modified version of the traditional fighter. The Warrior gains a bonus to their damage. In my games I allow all classes/races to gain the benefits from a high strength. Which is why I added a bonus to damage for The Warrior. Also, I would recommend that only humans can be The Warrior.
The Sorcerer is a modified version of the traditional magic-user. The Sorcerer gains a damaging cantrip called Arcane Surge. This is my way of making the traditional magic-user a little more heroic. Like The Warrior I would recommend that only humans can be The Sorcerer.
The Gunslinger is a new class for humans who want to wield guns. Included are three different types of guns The Gunslinger can use.
The Priest is a new class for humans. The Priest is a magic-user version of the cleric. The Priest is more proficient in divine spells than the cleric. The Priest has a healing cantrip and they cannot turn undead like the cleric.
The Shifter is a new class for humans. The Shifter can shapeshift into animals that are no smaller than a bird and no larger than a bear.
The Construct is a new race that is machinery/robotic. I want to leave The Construct's physical description up to the players and DMs.
The Half-Orc is a new race that is...well Half Human and Half Orc. Duh. The DM can choose to give The Half-Orc racial qualities such as Darkvision if they would like but I personally wouldn't.
